Stellantis Rally Cup Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup: twice as much in 2026!
Hardly has the final of the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup 2025 come to an end when the driving forces behind this one-make promotional series featuring racing products from Peugeot, Opel and Lancia have already continued preparations for the 2026 sporting season. The good news is that not only will the Rally4 Cup continue, but it will now also be expanded to Rally6! The Spa Rally therefore served as a perfect teaser for the upcoming season.
Five rallies on the calendar
For both the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Rally4 and the Rally6 version, the programme will be identical. Timed competition will begin at the end of February on the traditionally tricky stages of the Rally van Haspengouw (28/02). The action will then move to the Semois region for the Ardenne Rally Festival (30/05), before the major highlight of the Ypres Rally in the heart of the Westhoek (26–27/06).
The second half of the season will include the East Belgian Rally in Saint-Vith (26/09) and the Spa Rally (28–29/11), which will host a final that is set to be absolutely unmissable, as the points scoring system will be doubled.
This means two rallies – supported by RACB Sport and the BRC promoters – in the Flemish part of the country, two in Wallonia, and one in the German-speaking region. Three of the events will take place over a single day, in order to reduce costs for the competitors.
Performance bonuses… and loyalty rewards
Following the 2025 season, the promoters of the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup intend to retain the bonus system that remains one of the major attractions of the competition between the Peugeot 208 Rally4, Opel Corsa Rally4 and Lancia Ypsilon HF Rally4. However, with one important nuance: competitors who shine in one of the rounds will receive only part of the usual bonus. The remaining portions will only be paid out after the third rally and through to the conclusion of the Spa Rally.
With this approach, Pole Position, the driving force behind the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup, aims to emphasize the true “Cup” spirit of the series by ensuring that the main contenders are present at all rounds. This will guarantee greater sporting fairness and clearer results across the various events.
It should also be noted that the overall winners in RC4 and RC6 will receive a fully equipped Facom workshop tool cabinet.
The Rally6 champion at the wheel of a Rally4
The reward structure for the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Rally6 will differ from that of the Rally4 version. Further details will be announced shortly, but it is already confirmed that the Rally6 champion will contest a round of the 2027 calendar at the wheel of a Rally4 car! A very tempting incentive…
Variable Golden Stage
Each round of the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup 2026, in both Rally4 and Rally6, will include a Golden Stage, which will not necessarily be the final special stage of the event. For each rally, this Golden Stage will be announced during the briefing, and the fastest driver, both in Rally4 and Rally6, will have their entry fee refunded in collaboration with the event organiser.
