Stellantis Rally Cup Fiasse and Allart Collect Valuable Points at Rally Lëtzebuerg

Held in summer conditions on the typical stages winding through the beautiful Hosingen region, Rally Lëtzebuerg – the Grand Duchy's biggest rally event – hosted the fourth round of the 2026 Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup. Corentin Fiasse (Peugeot 208 Rally4) and Emilien Allart (Opel Corsa Rally6) both took the opportunity to score valuable points ahead of the second half of the season.

By setting the fastest time from the very first special stage of the Luxembourg event, Corentin Fiasse confirmed his status as the logical favourite. However, the second stage, which served as the Golden Stage, reshuffled the cards when Clément Willaert (Opel Corsa) emerged to outpace Sergio Plattes (Peugeot 208) and championship leader Fiasse.

Unfortunately, Willaert's strong performance was short-lived, as his Corsa Rally4 went off the road on the following stage, forcing him into retirement.

The way was then clear for Fiasse and co-driver Adrien Hauteclair, who only had to keep an eye on the progress of Sergio Plattes and Andreas Palm, who once again confirmed in Luxembourg the pace they had already displayed at the Ardenne Rally Festival. The young driver from eastern Belgium also claimed victory in the closing Power Stage.

At the front, Fiasse never relaxed his efforts, securing a victory worth 30 championship points. The result moves him into the lead of the 2026 Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup standings with just two rounds – the East Belgian Rally and the Spa Rally – remaining this autumn. Former leader Lander Depotter, absent in Luxembourg following his Rally2 accident at Ypres, now trails Corentin Fiasse by ten points after the opening four rounds of the season.

Sergio Plattes also enjoyed an excellent weekend after wisely choosing to use his Rally+ joker in Luxembourg. With a total of 31 points, he was the event's highest scorer, allowing him to climb to third place in the provisional championship standings.

Steven Spittaels (Peugeot 208), this time co-driven by Loris Elst, also enjoyed a successful outing. By completing the overall podium, he moves up to fourth place in the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup standings, just one point behind Plattes.

Emilien Allart Delivers in Style

In the Rally6 category, another showdown was expected between the winners of the RNT Rally Battle. After Nolann Lejeune (Opel Corsa) claimed victories at Alle-sur-Semois and Ypres, Emilien Allart (Opel Corsa) made a flying start to the event by setting the fastest time on the opening stage before repeating the feat in the Golden Stage. At the end of the first loop, the young driver from Marche-en-Famenne held a 14.5-second advantage over Lejeune, while Jean Beaupain (Lancia Ypsilon), delayed by a puncture on SS3, had already dropped more than six minutes.

During the second loop, Lejeune and Allart shared the stage wins with two fastest times apiece, but Allart further extended his advantage to 21.1 seconds.

The outcome of the battle became clear on SS10 when Nolann Lejeune lost more than two minutes following a puncture. He did manage to take some consolation by setting the fastest time in the Power Stage.

Nevertheless, thanks to the 25 points awarded for victory, the two bonus points collected in the Power Stage and the three additional points awarded to the rally's best overall performer, Emilien Allart – once again co-driven by Johan Jalet – reduced his deficit to Nolann Lejeune and co-driver Olivier Dethier by seven points.

Even so, the winner of the Ardenne Rally Festival and Ypres Rally remains at the top of the standings ahead of the East Belgian Rally and Spa Rally, with a provisional total of 102 points against Allart's 90.

Jean Beaupain completed the Rally6 podium in the Grand Duchy, allowing him to move into third place in the provisional championship standings at the expense of Brent Boudrez.

The competitors in the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Belux will now enjoy a well-earned summer break before returning to action at the East Belgian Rally in St. Vith on Saturday, September 26.
